I’m pleased to meet you. Piacere di/è un piacere (= I’m pleased ) conoscerla.

Piacere : to like. A me piace spesso mangiare un’insalata. I often like to eat a salad. I like : a me piace.

In fact the noun piacere is translated into ‘pleasure’. Life’s pleasures : I piaceri della vita.

Is it appropriate for parents to discipline their child in public if the child is being rude, disrespectful, and unruly towards them? Why or why not?
